1:1 Coaching
1:1 coaching typically starts off with a package of six or 12 sessions over Zoom focused on an area of your life where you would like to see change. Sessions can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly.
Each session begins with exploration and reflection on the area of focus to better understand and heal painful perspectives. We end each session with action planning to help you develop practices or habits in support of the change you seek.
After the initial coaching package is complete, ad hoc or “tune-up” sessions are available to support ongoing practice.

Workshops
Workshops range from facilitated peer coaching sessions to topical sessions on limiting beliefs, “parts work,” or other coaching tools. Workshops can be customized to your group’s goals or needs.
